Carlos and Teddy have an agenda with all their posts on IHUB. In fact, does it really matter who the contract consultant is to the company? Does it effect any company decisions? Based on the views of Carlos and Teddy if any advisor to the President of the United States runs into trouble than the President is a fraud and a scammer and the US Government is a Scam. We of course know that is not true. In addition, I can provide a copy of my passport and police clearance letter that we had submitted to get the banking license we are working on in South America but Carlos will only say its a fake so its a non win situation in this case and I had decided to just ignore them on IHUB. They also forget the cardinal rule that people change and the a person who paid his debt to society may be just working card to get ahead. That is why jail is called a correctional institution to correct someones behavior. But the most important point is as follows and I believe it should be asked on Ihub by one of the other members and not me:
How is the company any worse under the new management? The company stock was trading at $0.0001 when the new management took over - it is now at $0.0056. The management had reduced authorized shares by 75%. No new shares have been issued and the float is unchanged. No Skull and Cross Bones have been removed, financial statements are coming this month, no shares have been sold by the management since it took over and all of the company expenses are being covered out of pocket by the management. Ask the people like Carlos and Teddy to show where is the scam? Where is the fraud? What laws exactly is the company management violating or violated in attempting to resuscitate this company back to life? First they made up "facts" that the company was under DTC chill, then that Larisa and the Board had resigned, then that the company is part of the Russian Mafia, then that the purchases did not exist, that Robert Ringold was a criminal, that Joes Simontacchi was not an accountant and now this latest statement.
Nothing they say is true, their due diligence is a joke and asking for photo to be posted on the website of the Board (0f which by the way I am not a member). These individuals cannot find anything wrong with this company, so if you can't find a problem lets make it up.
