They are very good questions but will they produce answers or evasions? The questions appear to me to be ones that will be answered when the company is good and ready to release the information. I haven't seen any rush on their part to provide such detail and don't expect to see these answers until the license is announced. By the by that doesn't mean they couldn't already have the license and are restrained from announcing that until they have product (which would also require inspection of samples thereof if I read the tea leaves correctly) before sales could begin.
