Pork chop, I am not saying this red tape is going to hold this back, I just say this is one of the issues which must be dealt with. Anyone denying this is an issue is simply not accepting reality. As I said some time ago, the time lines have changed. IF, and that is a big IF, the town does not remove the value added designation and the application must proceed, then the process will take some time to complete, as I have outlined before but chastised for doing so. BUT if during that time CEN grows the crops and the zoning amendment is granted, and the processing restrictions removed, then the company is off the races. It is, in my opinion, only a changing of timelines of expectations, not a denial. So Emeril, or shall I say pork chop, that is my view of this.
