Well, they sell direct to consumer, ordinarily by the gram. There are no middlemen, and no wholesale. Also, it's thought that the more rare or harder to produce strains will go for upwards of $7 a gram. In Colorado, even with a wealth of producers and after competition proliferated, they're stilt getting $8-9 a gram in bulk, and that's not even the medicinal. FITX aims to produce the best in the world, so I would suggest that $7 is still conservative.
