I agree with you. ICON is fine. The master service agreement moves us forward into commercialization where in the long run we'll strike a better deal with a JV partner.

My concern has been about the short term and the up listing being pushed back, as well as the timing of the billion share vote, with it's cloud hanging over our already lower than expected pps.
