Clearly the timelines have changed. We haven't gotten the license yet. Everything else that could be done (like construction so far) was done with extreme efficiency. But we can't control Health Canada's approval or even confirmation of approval, so everything is on hold until we have he license. It's as simple as that. When we have the license, we can talk very realistically about schedules again. Until that, it's all PURE SPECULATION!
