I don't want to get involved in this discussion. I only take exception the "High of .1935" comment. That "High" was the result of manipulation pure and simple. The manner in which you used it implies that after a steady climb to this number we've dropped. We have dropped, but I discount the .19s and look more to the .12s & .13s where it stayed for a while.
