Since we believe in a free market economy we should also understand there are four ways to spend money:
1. On ourselves
2. Our money on someone else (gifts, wedding rings, education...)
3. Someones money on us (expense accounts)
4. Someones money on someone else
The first three have some accountability but #4 has none. That's because that is how the government spends our money.
Don't expect HC to be any different; they don't care, are not accountable to anyone but their boss and will work at their own speed.
All that said...we'll still see a license in the next few business days based on the training they did and the timing of the open house.
