Actually, I think it goes deeper than that Bud.
What I mean is that at the end of the day it is the Doctors on the BOD of H / C that never wanted to legalize in the first place.
Those guys are getting paid by the Pharma industry, and have been for many , many years. It is the , ' GOOD OL' BOY'S CLUB', that we are really dealing with here.
They are DOCTOR'S. Wouldn't they want what has been proven out already ? They SAY they need more research....OK, allow the free market do that. Release the beast and check it's vitals.
