GC didn't define at "what level" means. It is highly possible that it might be anything under .10 where he wouldn't contemplate a R/S. But, .10 might be that threshold where he would. It all boils down to what is best for AMBS. I wll say that if this goes lower, I will buy more. I never thought I'd see this tank so badly. Maybe a reversal will in the cards today.
