Now I don't know if you guys notice AND if this even means anything but if you go to Digital Utilities Ventures Facebook page and click on the big profile picture you will notice in the lower right hand corner a name and that name is QUADPLUS!!!

Like I said I don't know if that means anything but I did a lil research and this company does a lot of business and offers a lot of things to many different entities including UTILITIES!!! Could this be something?
