Agree, I do, Gramps. I also agree with the original post's points. I think it is rather amusing that all of the bashers have quit using ripoffreport "complaints" as references in their bashing attempts once it was shown that ripoffreport website was itself a total scam of a website. It was just a basher website put up so bashers could type up a quick bogus "complaint" about some product or company or individual which was the target of their bashings and then post a link to it acting like it was evidence that "others" in the marketplace were noticing the alleged scam, etc, when really the scam was the ripoffreport "complaint" along with the bashing post which referenced it. Very amusing indeed. We have know seen proof that some of these alleged internet loud mouths like "Linda" reviewer and Big Money Mike and the rest of them are typically just paid bashers by RFMKs competition or other shady parties looking to bash for their own agendas. Also it is not much of a stretch to imagine that these crony hedge funds and toxic funders like Fairhills Capital are massively short the stock and are possibly out to manipulate sentiment as well as the stock directly in order to make money keeping the stock down. Fairhills Capital was rumored to be short RFMK by tens and tens of millions of shares, who knows how large is their short position. They are currently under investigation by the SEC which is charging them with fraud and manipulation scams involving 100 PK stocks where they engaged in toxic funding agreements and then illegally sold millions of shares in the market, meanwhile for many of those stocks, the bashers are probably on the boards screaming dilution scam and how management and insiders are stealing from investors, etc, when really the whole time it was crony Fairhills Capital (E-Lionheart). Notice how the bashers always bring up how the CEO cannot seem to lift the DTC chill from RFMK and they use that as a bashing point to claim the CEO is incompetent but really the fact is, ALL of the 100 PK stocks that were used and abused by Fairhills Capital have DTC chills placed on them and probably will have the chills until this Fairhills Capital versus SEC case is resolved.
We have already witnessed the laughable "wrath" of some posters who came here as wolves in sheeps clothing only to turn their ugly agenda on full blast to try and use this board as their outlet to vent their hatred, lies, deceit and to further their agenda but it has not worked. We loyal longs know the potential for RFMK and we know what we own. We have done the DD and while its not all roses, its not all thorns either. Building a micro cap start up business up from scratch is tough and requires capital raises which are typically dilutive and it takes hard work and a lot of time. We all know this and have invested into RFMK with both eyes wide open IMO. They use the guise of being saviours out of the goodness of their own hearts but like you and the other poster mentioned, it is rather a sick and twisted motive, as they really do NOT have any good intentions toward shareholders because anytime the PPS is down they are the first ones on the board spinning more hatred, lies and speculation calling the company and its executives scams and scammers as they cheer the massive stock declines which hurt real shareholders. Their attitude is, "well we warned you all" but IMO it is a rather disgusting attitude and shows their true colors. These individuals bash 24/7, every single day, they spew the same bashing arguments, no genuine "saviour" would do that. Its rather obvious what their agenda is and then they have the audacity to question the loyal longs motives as if we are only posting in order to somehow lure other investors in so we can dump at higher prices to get out, the allegations are actually rather offensive and appauling. They attack the longs with insinuations that our morality is questionable, but I myself question THEIR motives. We are not posting every day telling people to "buy buy buy", it doesn't happen, but I do see posts from them every single day telling holders to "sell sell sell", before "you lose it all", etc. Who really has the moral high ground? Hmmmmm.
I believe RFMK will shut them all up eventually and like a swarm of roaches from the dark slimy underbelly of the PK scum swamp they will crawl back under the rocks from whence they came and go silent all at once when the company has finally shown for certain that they mean business and are really becoming a real success for shareholders (10K, uplisting, marketing, sales, revenues, profits, real $$$ on the balance sheet, etc). But hey, what the... do I know, ehh?!
