Goord -
Those of us who took the time to actually read your earlier post(s) agree with a number of your statements:
You will find several posters here (and on IHub) who will subtly (some not so subtly) suggest that you are an idiot for not accepting their opinions of PTOI as fact, or not using their metrics to gauge whether or not PTOI has any industrial or commercial potential or merit. I applaud you for taking the time to do your own DD, and make up your own mind.
Again - some posters feel that only their interpretation of filings and press releases is the correct one......I know - it would be funny if it weren't so sad.
Your opinion on those matters is shared by at least one other poster here. But others drone on and on about John being a share-selling, lying, convicted of fraud scam artist who stole money from investors and shares from his children.....and condescendingly mock anyone who doesn't subscribe to their vision of JB. It's as if they believe that the litigation is still ongoing - when we all know that it has been settled, and everyone (including the company) has moved on.....well, almost everyone.
Filings from the company are what I am looking for from here on out - good luck to you in whatever investments you settle on.
One way or another, this story will end, and some here have placed their bets that they're on the right side of it. At least they have the balls to "have skin in the game".

To tell the truth, I don't care what happened in 2009...or 2013 for that matter. Start up companies are a roller coaster on emotions. In my opinion investing in start-ups such as JBII is like going to a casino. Your decision to gamble is based on how much you are willing to lose and then you roll the dice.

Arguing about what JBII has done right or wrong or how much JB has pissed away does not interest me. I can read the financial reports myself to determine that.

And by the way, JBII is a public company so every dime has to be accounted for in their quarterly and annual financial reports. These reports are read by the authorities as evidenced by the penalties JB and JBII have had to pay. By the way, these penalties, in my opinion, where due to JBs naivety more so that his desire to dupe investors.
