That is a very valid question...so valid....Im sure its not to waste eachothers time on just luxurious events. But something related to a Ecommerce / Online Entertainment Mega Relationship in the making.....There are many possibilities that can be concluded....but when refering to the Form 10 on pages 4-7, I think it clearly shows what the business plan is...
