I don't know -- from how I read the PR it talks about MMJ and hemp, and the PR is only about Site #2. I think it was also stated in other PRs or on FB comments by Bill,
Both the headline and the text refer to the site being used also for MMJ, in fact the headline refers only to "a Second Proposed Medical Marijuana Facility" and refers to hemp secondarily.
