I can't see how postponing an AS increase until Dec would help the company if part of the reason for increasing AS is to give mgmt. a little added leverage in ongoing JV negotiations right now.

I'm waiting for some funds to transfer and hoping to add a bit if this dips to .07 or below in coming days.
