Thanks. The company has applied for the license from HC as you well know, and they have notified the town of their intent to apply for a license for site #2. The R&D facility is to be located at the former horse surger/vet they purchased which is where the hemp fields will be as well.
The company did apply for a zoning amendment for site #1 (buildings are not zoned, only the acitivities) with a combined grow space of 58Ksqft and 27Ksqft minus whatever they use for processing and storage.

Site 1 is valued added, not the buildings on it.
