I wish the company would have hit a milestone or two before asking for the new authorized shares. I understand that it is for acting in a position of strength when negotiating and up listing but we could act from a position of strength with good lab results and a strong partnership/ upfront cash. it's putting the cart before the horse in my opinion. Also the first day of Autumn is on the 22nd....milestones hit or miss? I'm also curious as to what shareholders are expecting from the meeting on 22nd besides the obvious authorized shares? And lastly someone eluded to something big on Oct. 6th, any guesses?
