Yeah. Who cares about the past history of this company when trying to make a decision about it now. Bordynuik couldn't possibly be telling Heddle what to do. His past actions have no bearing on where this company is today or where it will be in the future. He was just doing whatever necessary to bring his technology forward, even if it meant skirting the law.

He would never do it again.

Yeah. My beef is with Bordynuik and the crap he's done. I give any credit to the engineers on whom he relief. The failures were probably due to his decisions overriding the recommendations of the real engineers.

OK. Maybe Heddle did something right. Apparently there are real engineers looking at the technology to see if there is any value worth pursuing.
