One other thing, if the CEN grow cycle is as aggressive as claimed and the inspection was the end of July, it would suggest that any plants started immediately after the inspection are nearing the end of the grow cycle. If they also started plants weeks and weeks after the inspection it would create a series of plants at varying stages of growth and would allow the education session to address each stage of the cycle.
