Agreed... but I believe the uplisting issue, and its current prominence, is simply the most current tool of those with hidden agendas.  We will eventually move on to another "issue" where this company and/or CEO can be denigrated further.

IMO... I think this issue has been debated, and resolved, in the company's favor.  Each reader will need to decide on their own, but I think there has been more than enough information and opinion presented for them to decide.  Each side has presented their case... now let the jury (investor) decide.  Invest or sell as you see fit.
