Please help me out, JP, back in January did he promise an actual JV or just a partnership? If only the latter, it doesn't rule out that a JV will be established but doesn't guarantee one. If a JV was most definitely company's plan then why didn't he just say "we plan to JV"? Unless he did in fact say that, i missed it...
