Ok, here is what questions I have so far. If I missed any please let me know and re state them so I can include them in the list. Thanks.
Note: The below is just general outline of the questions and not copied as quoted.
1: The 20 mm investment: What exactly are we using it for and do we have restrictions on use ?
2: Share structure: How will that be handled, and is there a time frame for that, ie: during merger, after, later this year, next ?
3: What is the expected quantity of the first run in bldg. 1 ?
4: What is the status of site, 2 with respect to applying for license ?
5: What is the expected rollout for bldg.'s , 3,4,5,6 ?

6: Has a tentative date been set for Audited financials yet ?
7: Which higher exchange is being considered ? OTC, NAS.,etc. ?
8: What was the reason for the trips to Ukraine, China ?
