My understanding is as much of the 20 mil. BC takes form contributor, that he (contributor) permanently owns that much of company. Thus, this would explain why BC isn't being even more aggressive in terms of more building (buildings 3, & 4, etc.). Let me amend my first posting for a dramatic point. If BC had the money, couldn't he build buildings 3,4,5, and 6, and for that manner, if desired, 7, & 8, etc, if desired, as well? I have wondered about that.

Am I correct in understanding that site 1 has been approved for agricultural use, and he is simply waiting for monies to come from profits from production lines from Buildings 1 and future 2? No more licensing/ approval is needed for the buildings of 3 & 4? At least, that's what I thought
