On the SEC site this morning there was a company that filed their last s-1/a on August 19th and received the Notice of Effectiveness dated yesterday September 16th and another company that filed their last s-1/a on August 28th and also received their Notice of Effectiveness on September 16th.

From my daily visits to this site I am wondering is each company that submits filings assigned to a particular group or individual based on the service group i.e. the last company referenced above was categorized under SERVICES-MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES and the first company referenced above was SERVICES-COMMERCIAL PHYSICAL & BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH because the two companies I used today as examples were assigned a different Asst Directors Office # 1 and 8. The company I referenced yesterday was in Asst Director Office: 2 and categorized under RETAIL-FOOD STORES. Do these different Asst Director Offices also work with different filings? I am curious what the case load is for each group or individual and I am assuming they follow the company through the whole process.

Interestingly mCig is categorized under SERVICES-PERSONAL SERVICES Asst Director Office: 11 and VitaCig is categorized under CIGARETTES Asst Director Office: 5

I think VitaCig is very, very close to receiving their answer!
