BTW..........no sign of the Great Blue Heron since I covered the pond with a black soccer net.
The fish are so much happier (they swim all over the pond and no longer hide at the bottom)......and believe it or not.........growing real fast.
I guess that Blue Heron and the 3 pond occupants who sacrificed their lives had a purpose after all.
It seems that with the safety net above them, the fish and the frogs are at peace and can eat and grow without fear.
LOL...........I am reminded of my favorite president (by FAR my favorite president!) - Ronald Reagan...........and his Strategic Defense Initiative.
God we should have cloned that man and had him as president today.
The Middle East issues would certainly be quite different than they are today..........
