Yes and to think that after being served, there continues to be more of the same... Most likely no money will be collected, but a judgment is probably going to happen by default. I dont think he understands the legal process at all, and thinks "its just going to go away"...

BTW - Ive been banned for disputing most of his posts, only to have my posts removed within minutes each time. At first I may not have been adhering to the posting terms of iHub, eventually I got the hang of it, but the they were still removed with no explanation.

Ironic how a Moderator can have such a skewed bias to the board company of which he moderates...
