Hey, everyone. An 8K just came out about an hour ago. Unfortunetly, Mr. Diaz's health is not  very good at the present time. Although his prognosis is very good, due to his current health reasons he has stepped down as Chairman of the board and CEO. As of Dec. 1st, Eric Mitchell will assume the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO. In the long run this will be Very good for WRIT/FRN. Eric is young, energitic, and has  the knowledge in the industry to lead our company forward..    Gregg
