From the website Pamvmex.com "The project is located 88km south from the city of Ensenada, on the turn off road from Highway one to the Ejido Erendira, on the kilometer 8."  so that would be 55 miles from Ensenada and 5 miles from Baja's interstate Highway 1. I had previously many months ago said 5.5 miles so my apologies.  Are people keeping an eye on the website for new info posted there? We sometimes forget the new website posting not long ago.
