whether free agent individuals would find it worthwhile to short is not an indication of what stocks the shorting cartels are willing to short

1000's of subpenny stocks all the way down to .0002 pps are shorted even as per the twice monthly reports

once agencies green-lighted brokers clearinghouses otc dtc etc to attack these pennies w impunity and they witnessed the 1st players to do so under the new rules without impunity it was a free for all-the same thing when you see riots due to power outages and weather events etc-when the sheriff is away they will play

also brokers give their customers level 2 even for ce stocks- so bid and ask-at least that which mm's are willing to show, whether manipulated or not, are known- the high bid and low ask at each mm
and mm's have level 3 where they apparently can see every single bid and ask
