I just spoke to Gareth at OTC Markets over the phone who will be responding to you about the fact that yes we have spoke to them about this and they contacted us.  It was not Gareth that I spoke to in the first place but he knows who at his office spoke to us and I have sent him the email correspondences between us.  There have also been several phone calls.  I would never have know about the benefits of up-listing unless they had called and shared it with us.
