Easy now... They don't deserve your time attention, or energy, imo. Besides as I am sure you know:
They are a despicable combination of evil, arrogance, cowardice and greed, for which, IMO, there is no remedy aside from God's grace. (which can only be accessed through submission to His will.) Until they are willing to give up their God complex, they will remain as they are.
Your reasoning is sound, but it is falling upon deaf ears.
