The important thing and what actually matters for us is to use the TA software and generate revenues because just owning it doesn't help or mean much to us unless it is put to work. We want to see the filings for the preferrd's and the company starting to do actual business because we have bigger issues than Miami and Phil as this issue of both of them will not improve the PPS.
