to meet the  minmum $5 M capital assest requirement is very  hard, as we now sit at $3.3M total value of the 1.14 Billion shares, let's  wish Steve won't do adding assest by just adding more shares again  to achieve the $5M's target , for it will only give the basementboys and their naked bosses more good excuse to short us even lower.....
