This is the WHAT IF SHOW ...
What if Bill and the Mayor know the License is a done deal. The Mayor is shaking in his boots because he is afraid of the publics resistance to the issuance of the License. He's afraid of his Political status with the Township.
Bill and the Mayor sat down and put their collective thoughts together and came up with the " OPEN HOUSE Q&A " Giving the town what they want a "Transparent Operational Plan" to the Township; thus gaining the support of the Township and releasing the news of the issuance of the License ...
Then the RED TAPE will turn into RED CARPET ... Everyone's happy and no one feels slighted. JMO
