Absence of reported sales is not a logical reason for pps decline because past PR's and website report continued progress of game changing products.
shorts are reported bimonthly, shorters, mm's and brokers games are well known and documented,and the reported figures do not include all shorts like non tape transactions plus the dozen ways mms have to hide the true number of shorts -see 4kids9pets and 7-10-11 's posts elsewhere
they manipulate pps down to their target, then let it rise again to a peak where they short again and rinse and repeat until class is changed and/or a larger pool recognizes the imminent undiscovered value either via product progress or actual sales etc
this is a well known dynamic
