I checked the SEC site for the Notice of Effectiveness and found a company that received their Notice of Effectiveness yesterday and had filed their fourth & last s-1/a on Aug 25th. I know there are many factors but can the Notice of Effectiveness appear any closer? I look forward to Paul, Mark and their team receiving the Notice of Effectiveness for VitaCig.
