To the best of my knowledge at the present time, as I sit here this morning, I believe the following:
PR about N706BL before the end of this week.
PR about Phase III before the end of next week.
Proving flights to begin middle to late October.
Certificate to be issued before Thanksgiving.
Anyone truly believe or have information (not just the desire or wishing or hope) that might alter that time frame or move things up a bit?
