Just spoke with Gareth and he is getting back with me in one hour.  He is going to get with the sales team in his office and see if any contact has been made to ANYONE at ICPA or Punch.  He will let me know within the hour.

He also stated that based on the company they DO NOT MEET ANY CRITERIA FOR UPLISTING.

NOT ON THE ASSETS SIDE    NOT ON THE BID PRICE OR ANY OTHER CRITERIA

He personally told me that he finds it very hard to believe that ANYONE reached out about uplisting and he will call me personally on my cell phone within the hour to verify.
