A response i had sent to another investor:
Good morning. I too am deep in the red along with family and friends and acquaintences. Not really negative......just a misunderstanding......a person had contacted otc and asked if there was any communication with icpa whatsoever about the offer to uplist but he otc person said they are not aware of any communications having occurred or offers, unless icpa had contacted otc at some point to ask about uplisting. I had received this email from a fellow investor who happens to be a police officer and he included the email response from the otc as an attachment. It is my belief that it is likely that one department or desk was not aware of communications having occurred with icpa......kinda like one hand dont know what the other hand has done or is doing. I think we are fine especially since samblis is with us every step of the way.
