Those firms growing as wholesalers have no reason to have their name and location made known. Not all, but most of those licensed but not yet showing on the list likely will never be. You are right when you say the company must consent and as a supplier to a retailer, no reason for them to be listed. Not being noticed can be a good thing in this industry.
