Lonnie ran this the first time, was WAY further along and had actually delivered lumber (to Northern Cal, of course), and it got way worse than things are right now....be careful what you guys wish for. I was there then as well, and Lonnie did no better, maybe worse. Of course, maybe he learned and would do better this time....
