I voted yes with the little amount of shares I own, mostly because I believe the BOD/BOA have so much experience that I can't see why they would ask for more AS if it weren't in the best interests of the company. Also, I read the forbes article , about spin-offs, posted by cannoli the other day. If there are any who are having some doubts heading into the SHM, I highly suggest taking 5-10 minutes to read it. It helped me to feel a little more confident and hopeful. A spin off would be exponentially beneficial and would provide wonderful opportunities to grow a biotech company.
