We both signed NDAs. We both clearly saw the TA software loaded. We both looked through Matt's TA paperwork including the medallion paperwork for the SEC approval that we all saw was granted from the SEC website. We both were sitting there for the conference call. Why he is denying that he saw the software loaded makes no sense to me at all. He saw it loaded and he knows it too. Does he realize his credibility is about to be flushed down the toilet when Matt provides the TA software license and other TA approval paperwork with the yearly financials under subsequent events? Why he would lie makes no sense unless he is so bitter from taking a huge loss that he now wants to blame Matt and BCAP for it.
