IMHO, there are 3 possibilities that there will be no RS:
1. One or more catalysts (e.g. partnership, Lympro spin-off etc) that will collectively propel AMBS stock price to $2 or more
2. Reverse takeover a company listed on one of the major exchanges
3. Buyout of entire AMBS
#1 and #2 can be equally probable but I would much prefer #1 to #2.
I am ok with instant gratification of #3 if it is a $10billion or more deal. Not entirely impossible. It would be shortists' biggest nightmare if it happens.
