Well, that's why I'm here. I just don' see how we can have buildings 1-6 fully functioning, and with the share retirements, buybacks, and all we have talked about on this board that we will not be a $40 dollar pps co. maybe 7 yrs. yrs. out or so, if all works out. I just love doing that math.
