We should keep in mind that the holders (those holding into the R/S) have little reason to sell below .01 and so far haven't sold much below .10. If we were closer to year's end taking the loss for taxes would be a reason, but for now there isn't much reason to sell. You need dilution to get a big decline. The note holders don't have much reason to dilute right now because their shares are calculated at discount to market, so they would want a context that involves a somewhat stable trading range and good volume - they will probably wait. The C holders (Lonnie Hayward and friends) are the ones with the best incentive to dilute because the number of shares they get has no connection to the trading range and so the higher the price, the better. On the one hand they would want to dilute, but on the other they don't want to kill the price, they want a decent price and volume to sell into. Ideally for them they would want news to bring in buying volume and of course, that would benefit us holders. And so, we may get some news and some sort of pump to sell into. This nod from Lonnie suggest we will.
If that should happen, in my opinion, one should sell into it and preserve capital to trade another day.
