My thoughts regarding the so-called Bmsn dilution
If shares are sold privately to reduce balance sheet debt
And no new debt is added does this not also increase the value of the company
Yes it might be considered by some to be a form of dilution because of the increase
However they have to account for the reduction in debt as well !!
I for one hope that they continue to pay down debt in this manner and I will for one continue to buy more shares this way
Also remember the shares have restrictions !!
