That talk by samblis in july about a supposed beginnings to uptier to the QX WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN BRINGING IN MORE INVESTORS AND FOR INVESTORS TO HAVE INVESTED LARGE SUMS OF MONEY! He specifically said that the OTC had told him about an asset test exemption that icpa could take to still be able to uptier to the QX despite icpa not having the minimum .10/share requirement. And then he said that it will take about 30 to 40 days to get started. THAT WAS IN JULY!! And now i find out the OTC had not been in communication with icpa about any of this?!?!?!?!
