Very good and well thought out question. After speaking with IR on previous occasion, I think we will still get, 'evasive', answers to a couple of those. For instance, on the share structure. I anticipate that we will be told that has not been decided yet, and further, that the Auditor, is still working on the specific's of that currently.

What I am saying here is to not get disappointed by any answers we get, because as we move forward, have more conversation with them and build a relationship with trust that we are not asking to do harm or spin what they say...then, we will have more confident clarity on how things are going, and what the projections are.
Even then, unless they release a lot of that to the general public at the same time, it would be considered as, 'insider', information, which I know they are well aware of.
The IR is given info on which he is 'ALLOWED' to speak on and what he is allowed to say about that. It is limited.
But, again, developing a relationship there would be very helpful to us.
Information is only a small part though. The TA and fundamentals must be considered as well, along with news, and sentiment. It will be the full package of information that will give us the entry / exit points that we will be looking for. Which is why I am so glad OTC is here to articulate the information in a very 'READABLE' way.
I contacted the Admin this morning about creating another board so that we could discuss other stocks for those who want to.
The Terms and conditions of the site do not allow that on stock specific boards and rightly so. So to me the solution was to have another board in which we can do our thing, and still maintain the integrity of this one. I think that will be important for us.
